- Anfragen im Ticketsystem Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und
- Berechtigungen Betreuung von Hardware, Software und
- Netzwerkinfrastruktur Remote-Diagnose und -Lösung von IT-Problemen
- IT-Support für Mitarbeiter bei technischen Problemen Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare
- Qualifikation Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support Fundierte
- Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen (Windows, macOS) und Netzwerken
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support-Tools
- Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz Perspektiven Flexible
