  • Du priorisierst und bearbeitest 1st- und 2nd-Level-Tickets
  • Du arbeitest im globalen IT-Team mit

Das bist Du

  • Ausbildung & Qualifikation:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fachkenntnisse & Erfahrung:
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Administration von Active Directory sowie Microsoft 365 Umgebungen mit
  • Du hast bereits mit Citrix gearbeitet und kennst dich in entsprechenden Systemlandschaften aus
  • Du hast erste Einblicke in die Betreuung von Produktionsumgebungen und produktionsnahen IT-Systemen gesammelt
  • Sprachkenntnisse:
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Persönliche Fähigkeiten:
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und gehst Aufgaben proaktiv an
  • Du denkst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick
