  • Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützen von Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern bei IT-relevanten Themen
  • Koordinieren externer Dienstleister im Rahmen von IT-Services
  • Klassifizieren und Analysieren von Serviceanfragen und Störungen
  • Betreuen von IT-Projekten
  • Dokumentieren von Lösungswegen
  • Abstimmen zwischen Fachbereichen, IT-Dienstleistern und internem IT-Team zur fristgerechten Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungen
  • Verbessern der IT-Landschaft
  • Profil:
  • Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder Studium der Informatik, oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Berufserfahrung im First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Hardware und Microsoft-Software
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit zur Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • sehr gutes Deutsch
