Du kümmerst Dich mit Sorgfalt um die Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem und dokumentierst Störungen präzise, sodass alles reibungslos abläuft

Fehlerbehebung und die Bearbeitung von Störungen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben, wobei Du stets den Überblick behältst und lösungsorientiert vorgehst

Deine Fähigkeiten setzt Du ein, um Hard- und Software effizient zu installieren oder/und IT-Komponenten an neue Standorte umzuziehen

Dir liegt es, Hardware-Komponenten aufzubauen und damit einen stabilen technischen Grundstein für das Team zu legen

  • Dein Führerschein der Klasse B ermöglicht Dir die Mobilität, die für die Position erforderlich ist
  • Mit Deiner Berufsausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker/in bringst Du das notwendige Fachwissen mit
  • Deine Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik sind ein wertvoller Beitrag für unser Team
  • Dank Deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise kannst Du Aufgaben effizient und eigenverantwortlich bewältigen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticket-Systemen und bist in der Lage, diese effektiv zu nutzen
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke hilft Dir, Informationen klar und verständlich zu vermitteln
