Du kümmerst Dich um das Bearbeiten von Tickets und widmest Dich der Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen

Deine Fähigkeiten kommen beim Aufbau von Hardware-Komponenten und beim Umziehen von IT-Komponenten voll zum Einsatz

Im Onsite Service arbeitest Du in einem Rechenzentrum und behebst Störung an Hardware bzw. Umbauten in IT-Racks

Im Fieldservice fährst Du im Großraum Frankfurt / Hessen, Störungen bei unserern Kunden an und löst diese Vorort durch Wiederherstellung bzw. Hardwaretausch

Du arbeitest weitgehenst selbstständig in unserem Ticketsystem und hast ein eigenes Lager für Hardware und Ersatzteile im nähren Umfeld zu Deinem Wohnort.

Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und bringst Erfahrung im Onsite oder Fieldservice mit

Deine fortgeschrittenen Kenntnisse in Standard-Hardware und Deine Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik machen Dich zum perfekten Kandidaten

Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, der Dir für die Aufgaben im Außendienst nützlich ist

einfaches Schulenglisch reicht für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kunden
