- Technische Implementierung - Umsetzung und Betreuung von Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 & Citrix
- Projektmanagement - Verantwortung für Planung, Umsetzung & Dokumentation von Migrationsprojekten
- Workshops & Schulungen - Durchführung technischer Workshops für Kunden und Teams
- Support & Weiterentwicklung - 2nd & 3rd Level Support, sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kundenumgebungen
- Performance-Optimierung - Feinanalyse und Performance-Tuning für Remote Desktop Lösungen
- Virtual Workplace Services - Implementierung und Betrieb von FSLogix, Windows RDS, Citrixv.m.
- Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Erfahrung mit Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Windows 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop
- Technisches Know-how in Remote Desktop Lösungen (RDS, Citrix, FSLogix)
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke & analytisches Denkvermögen
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung & Zertifizierungen
- Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in Österreich & Deutschland
