 Deine Aufgaben:

● 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (vor Ort, remote, telefonisch) einschl. Einsätze in den Niederlassungen

● Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicestandards durch klare und zügige Kommunikation

● Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen

● Mitarbeit bei Konfiguration, Überwachung und Pflege der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur

● Unterstützung der Drucksysteme und Peripheriegeräte

● Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung

Dein Profil:

­● Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich

● Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im IT-Support

● Gute IT-Grundkenntnisse

● Ausgeprägte Service- und Hilfsbereitschaft

●Führerschein der Klasse B für Einsätze in Niederlassungen
