  • Systembetrieb: Server, Dienste und Netzwerke stabil betreiben und Ausfälle aktiv vermeiden
  • MS365‑Administration: User, Geräte, Lizenzen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien steuern und weiterentwickeln
  • Infrastruktur: Server‑ und Systemlandschaften gezielt weiterentwickeln und sauber dokumentieren
  • Support: Technische Anfragen strukturiert lösen und Kollegen/-innen kompetent unterstützen
  • Security: Updates, Rechte und Schutzmaßnahmen umsetzen und verbessern

Tech‑Stack: Windows Server | MS365 | Entra ID | Virtualisierung (Hyper V) | Intune | Ubuntu

  • Erfahrung in MS365- und Serveradministration
  • Idealerweise Cybersecurity-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Programmier- und Scripting Know-how ist ein Plus
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Linux Administration von Vorteil
  • Gestaltungsspielraum: IT‑Strukturen, Standards und Systeme aktiv weiterentwickeln
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit IT‑Leitung und Fachbereichen
  • Kleines IT‑Team: persönliches Umfeld, Vertrauen, Wertschätzung
  • Planbare Arbeitszeiten: Gleitzeit mit Zeiterfassung
  • Weiterentwicklung: Verantwortung, individuell geförderte Weiterbildung
