Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen Teams suchen wir einen IT-Administrator (m/w/d) in Festanstellung.

Das Arbeitsmodell:

  • Dein Arbeitsplatz ist bei uns im Büro in Gilching (Region München), ergänzt durch die Möglichkeit, einen Teil der Arbeit im Homeoffice zu erledigen.
  • Gelegentliche Einsätze beim Kunden vor Ort (Regional) gehören ebenfalls dazu.

Über Uns

Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung betreuen wir kleine und mittelständische Handwerksbetriebe in ganz Deutschland. Unser Fokus liegt auf Cloud-Lösungen und IT-Infrastrukturen, die praxisnah auf das Handwerk abgestimmt sind.

Aufgabenbereiche

  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Problemen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du betreust und verwaltest Computer, Notebooks und weitere Hardware unserer Kunden
  • Du administrierst Microsoft 365 Umgebungen (insbesondere Exchange Online und Intune)
  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest unsere Cloud-Server
  • Du führst administrative Änderungen an Kundentelefonanlagen durch

Qualifikationen

Die formale Qualifikation ist für uns zweitrangig - ob Du studiert hast, eine Ausbildung gemacht hast oder als Quereinsteiger in die IT gekommen bist. Entscheidend sind Motivation, praktische Erfahrung und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

  • IT ist für Dich nicht nur ein Job, sondern echtes Interesse
  • Du bist neugierig, ergreifst Eigeninitiative und arbeitest Dich gerne in neue Themen ein
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Systemadministration mit Windows und Microsoft 365 mit
  • Idealerweise hast Du auch schon mit Cloud-Telefonanlagen gearbeitet
  • Du hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden im Supportumfeld
  • Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gutes Deutsch
