DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der System- und Netzwerkadministration sowie Erfahrung im IT-Support / Helpdesk mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft On-Premises[1]Serverlandschaften und Microsoft-365-Umgebungen.
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Linux sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du arbeitest serviceorientiert, denkst lösungsorientiert und hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du betreust die Microsoft Windows Domäneninfrastruktur und bist für die Administration sowie Überwachung der virtuellen Serverlandschaft verantwortlich.
  • Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit unserer gesamten Hard- und Software sicher und wartest diese regelmäßig.
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Fragen unserer Anwender und behebst Systemprobleme souverän.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Installation von Windows Clients, das Patchmanagement und die Softwareverteilung via Baramundi. Die Backup-Infrastruktur (Veeam) liegt in deinen Händen inklusive regelmäßiger Wiederherstellungstests.
  • Du planst neue Systeme mit, führst sie ein und hältst die technischen Dokumentationen aktuell.
  • Du arbeitest standortübergreifend eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem zentralen IT-Fachbereich zusammen.
