Werde Teil unseres starken Teams als

 IT-Systemelektroniker/in (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemadministrator/in (m/w/d)

Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereich

  • Planung und Installation und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
  • Konfiguration von Hardware und Software
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden zu Problemlösungen der Wiederherstellung von Sicherheitslösungen und der Wiederherstellung von Netzwerken
  • Beratung von Kunden bei der der Auswahl geeigneter IT-Lösungen und deren Dokumentation
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Rücksendeanfragen und der Einhaltung von Datenschutz und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Ausbildung zum IT-Systemelektroniker/in oder IT-Systemadministrator/in (m/w/d)
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail
  • Teamfähigkeit
