Wir sind eine Personalberatung und Private Arbeitsvermittlung und suchen für unseren Kunden:

  • IT Techniker (m/w/d)
  • am Flughafen Frankfurt
  • Vollzeit

Das ist zu tun:

  • Vor-Ort-Support bei unserem Kunden am Frankfurter Flughafen.
  • Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen und Kundenanfragen sowie erfassen und dokumentieren der Meldungen im Ticketsystem.
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Hilfestellung bei der Störungsbeseitigung.
  • Sie betreuen die Anwender und Anwenderinnen vor Ort, per Telefon und via Remote-Zugriff.
  • Instandsetzung und Erweiterung von Desktopsystemen

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Support der aktuellen Windows-Betriebssysteme sowie in den Standardapplikationen MS-Office .
  • sicherer Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem
  • Serviceorientierung, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • wenn möglich: Aktueller Vermittlungsgutschein
