Für den Neubau eines Vollprüfsystems für Kostengutsprachen bei einem Kunden in einem Versicherungsunternehmen suchen wir einen Senior Backend Software Engineer. Das neue System soll der steigenden Anzahl und Komplexität von Gesuchen um Kostenübernahme gerecht werden. Als Teil eines neu zusammengestellten Teams innerhalb eines Agile Release Trains bist du von Beginn an beim Green-Field-Aufbau dabei und gestaltest das System massgeblich mit.

Aufgaben

Mitarbeit im Scrum-Team als Backend-Entwickler beim Green-Field-Neubau des Vollprüfsystems

Erarbeitung von Lösungsdesigns für neue Anforderungen

Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Architektur des neuen Systems und der Kernanwendungen

Umsetzung nach unternehmens- und teaminternen Vorgaben (z.B. Definition of Done)

Qualitätssicherung inkl. Produktregression

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Backend-Softwareentwicklung mit Java/Jakarta, Kubernetes und DevOps

Fundierte Erfahrung in Domain Driven Design und BPMN

Frontend-Kenntnisse in Angular von Vorteil

Mehrjährige Domänenerfahrung im Krankenversicherungsumfeld, idealerweise mit gutem Verständnis von Kostengutsprachen und Leistungsabwicklung, von Vorteil

Motivation, die Architektur der Kernanwendungen mit Eigeninitiative, Drive und architektonischem Denken weiterzuentwickeln

Bereitschaft, sich die Fachlichkeit anzueignen und über die reine Umsetzung hinaus Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Begeisterung für interdisziplinäre Analysen und Design als «Technik-Geek»

Gelassenheit und Ruhe auch in Drucksituationen

Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und gelebtes Lean-Agile-Mindset nach SAFe

Generelle Rahmenbedingungen

Start: Ab sofort

Dauer: bis Ende 2027 (Option auf Verlängerung)

Pensum: 80–100%

Arbeitsort: Luzern

Remote: Max. 2–3 Tage pro Woche (bei 100% Pensum)

Sprache: Deutsch
