Java Developer - Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of JAVA J2EE, with proven expertise in developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions using modern technologies and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using J2EE technologies.
• •Work with Unix and Linux environments for application deployment and support.
• •Implement frameworks such as Struts and Spring for scalable application architecture.
• •Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
• •Utilize SQL for database design, queries, and performance tuning.
• •Manage version control and collaboration using GIT.
• •Contribute to cloud migration and deployment strategies on major cloud platforms.
• •Develop and maintain front-end features with React JS.
• •Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprints, contributing to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• •8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (J2EE).
• •Strong proficiency with Unix and Linux operating systems.
• •Experience with Struts and Spring Frameworks.
• •Expertise in REST API design and integration.
• •Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• •Familiarity with GIT version control system.
• •Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
• •Experience with React JS for front-end development.
• •Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• •Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• •Certification in Java or cloud technologies is a plus.
