Catalina Huanca Sociedad Minera SAC, empresa del grupo Trafigura con operaciones en la región Ayacucho, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Jefe de Geología.

Objetivo:

Garantizar la continuidad operativa y la viabilidad a largo plazo de la unidad minera, mediante la gestión de estimación de corto plazo asegurando una operación segura y rentable.

Funciones:

  • Proponer programas de perforación diamantina Greenfield, Brownfiel e infill.
  • Liderar el modelamiento de corto plazo bajo los estándares internacionales.
  • Control de los programas de producción supervisando el muestreo subterráneo, control de calidad y minimización de la dilución de mineral.
  • Supervisión del mapeo geológico - estructural de los tajos y frentes de avances
  • Coordinar los programas de producción con las áreas de planeamiento y mina.
  • Elaboración de informes geológicos semanal, mensual y anual
  • Evaluar y corregir las desviaciones en leyes planificadas y reales (reconciliación)
  • Gestionar el control de costos del área
  • Alto compromiso con la gestión de seguridad

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Geología (Titulado y Colegiado).
  • 8 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar bajo régimen 14x7.
