Für unsere Standorte Stollberg und Hohenstein-Ernstthal suchen wir einen Jobcoach.

Der Einsatz ist für 20-35 Wochenstunden in Festanstellung geplant.

Die Aufgabe des Jobcoaches liegt in der erfolgreichen Integration der Teilnehmenden in den Ausbildungs-/Arbeitsmarkt, in der Einleitung der für die Integration notwendigen Qualifizierungen und in der Stabilisierung der Teilnehmenden.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Berufsabschluss inkl. Ausbildereignungsprüfung oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse der Anforderungen in den Berufen und am regionalen und überregionalen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt sowie entsprechende Betriebskontakte sind unabdingbar
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Sozialkompetenz sowie ein kundenorientiertes Verhalten
  • einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bewerbungstraining und dem Erstellen von Bewerbungsunterlagen ist wünschenswert
  • Internetkenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der JOBSUCHE der BA
  • Engagement, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
