Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine/n Mitarbeitende/n in unseren beruflichen Beratungsmaßnahmen. Sie arbeiten als Jobcoach mit arbeitslosen Menschen und beraten und unterstützen sie bei der Suche nach einer für sie passenden, nachhaltigen sozialversicherungspflichtigen Arbeitsstelle.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Einzel- oder Gruppencoaching
  • Stärken-Schwächenanalyse
  • Kompetenzfeststellung
  • Auswertung und Analyse von unterschiedlichen Testverfahren
  • Bewerbungstraining
  • Akquise von Praktika
  • Akquise von Arbeitsstellen
  • Vermittlungshilfen
  • Dokumentation

Sie bringen entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit. Idealerweise kennen Sie den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt. Sie sind empathisch, kundenorientiert, teamfähig, arbeiten analytisch, zielorientiert und kommunikativ.

Die Einarbeitung erfolgt im Team.
