Mercy One Elkader Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital. It provides 24/7 emergency care and is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, ensuring timely treatment for urgent needs. The hospital is known for its personalized, family-oriented approach to care, serving the rural Clayton County community and surrounding areas. Here's How It Works:

Earn up to a $2,500 monthly stipend while you finish the last 6 months of your RN education.

MercyOne will reimburse $500 for the cost of NCLEX/licensure.

Once you have your licensure, start your career with MercyOne!

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.

Must pass boards within 3 months of graduation.

Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.

Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
