die Inhaber der JJ Projektentwicklung. Wir sind auf die Sanierung und Entwicklung von Denkmalimmobilien im Rhein-Main-Gebiet spezialisiert. Gegründet und verwurzelt in Wiesbaden, bringen wir frischen Wind und moderne Ansätze in die Welt der Projektentwicklung. Die Verbindung aus jahrelanger Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung und -steuerung sowie die Expertise aus Marketing, Vertrieb und Immobilienplanung stehen für JJ. Für unser Büro in Wiesbaden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt jemanden, der uns tatkräftig unterstützt. Wir gehen Dinge meistens anders an, als die anderen und würden uns freuen, wenn du dich damit identifizieren kannst.

## Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen 1–6 nach HOAI (Schwerpunkt auf den Phasen 2–6)
  • Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Bauanträgen inklusive erforderlicher Berechnungen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung aller Projekt- und Baubeteiligten
  • Abstimmungen mit den beteiligten Ämtern

## Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens (Hochbau)
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD- und AVA-Software sowie den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland
