Your Responsibilities

• •Apply the knowledge gained during your studies in the fields of risk management and financial economics to real-world situations.
• •Benefit from a comprehensive training program at the beginning of your career, where you will analyze and solve customer challenges while working closely with an experienced team member.
• •Become familiar with our software, our clients, and the wide variety of technical and functional challenges that can arise during software development, implementation projects, and post-implementation support.
• •Act as a key interface between Software Development, Sales, and Product Management, supporting all customer-related matters.

• •Supporting our software development process, from business analysis through testing.
• •Defining and implementing test strategies based on a solid understanding of our clients’ needs.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance (or an equivalent field).
• •Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• •Analytical team player with excellent organizational and self-management skills.
• •Dynamic personality with strong intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• •Ability to quickly understand complex problems, think independently, and propose innovative approaches to problem-solving when appropriate.
