Here at Appinio, we value transparency in our recruitment process , and we've created a blog to share what to expect during each step of our journey together: here

Your mission as a Junior Content Marketing Manager

Your mission is to be the engine room of Appinio’s global content & brand function. You will turn strategy, research, and campaign ideas into high-quality, on-brand content across our digital channels and international markets — from copywriting and publishing to repurposing, optimisation and distribution. With a dotted line supporting our Organic Growth function, you’ll fuel SEO, AIO and discoverability, while keeping our core content engine running efficiently and reaching more ICP-fit audiences in a compelling way — ultimately contributing to measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

What you’ll be doing

Develop Best-In-Class Content: Turn research, customer advocacy, brand pillars, business assets and new ideas into compelling content and integrated campaigns — from reports and blogs to email, social, landing pages, sales enablement and more — designed to maximise reach and impact.

Own Content & Brand Operations: Keep our global content engine running smoothly, owning day-to-day operations, content governance and brand consistency across channels, while maintaining content libraries and infrastructure.

Coordinate Localisation: Manage translation and localisation workflows with regional teams, ensuring content is adapted effectively for priority markets while maintaining a consistent global brand.

Optimise for Search & Discovery: Work with Organic Growth to apply SEO, AIO and AI-search best practices across content, improving discoverability, organic reach and performance.

Connect Content to GTM: Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to activate content across campaigns and channels, ensuring it reaches the right audiences and contributes to pipeline and revenue.

Report & Optimise Performance: Track and report on content performance across key channels, using insights to identify what’s working, improve future content and maximise impact.

You will thrive in this role if

You have 1–3 years of experience in content or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

You possess exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills in English with meticulous attention to detail.

You are comfortable working with content management systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and publishing platforms.

You’re obsessed with how people search, how search trends are evolving, and how AI is changing the way content gets discovered — with a strong baseline understanding of SEO and AIO/GEO.

You are highly organised, proactive, and eager to take ownership of content creation and operational workflows in a fast-paced setting.

What’s in it for you?

Flexibility Policy - Average is 30 days taken, however, we do not have a hard cap of number of vacation days as we know life happens

Temporary work from abroad - If you're based in the EU, you can work outside your country of residence for up to 180 days per year

All the hardware you need and your own MacBook

If you are located in Hamburg or Berlin, you'll get a Deutschland ticket or access to a mobility budget with the NAVIT app to get you to and from the office space

Subsidised Urban Sports Club or ClassPass membership based on location

In case you’re located in one of the cities where most of our fellow Appinioneers are (Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, London, Madrid, Barcelona, or New York), you can get access to our Co-working spaces
