Data Analyst

In this role, you will transform complex data into clear insights that guide commercial decision-making. You will contribute to the development of scalable analytics solutions, from dashboards to data pipelines, while collaborating closely with senior data analysts, data engineers, and cross-functional partners across the business.

What you’ll do

Support technical contributions : Support cross-functional data needs by collaborating with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Engineering teams.

Data quality and governance: Play an active role in data governance initiatives by cleaning, transforming, and documenting datasets, escalating data inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Automation : Leverage AI to automate manual and repetitive processes.

Developing insights : Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for the commercial teams.

Scalability : Develop and design scalable, reliable, and sustainable data products that can be re-purposed for different use cases.

Who you are

Must haves:

1-3+ years of experience in data analysis, data wrangling, or related analytical roles.

Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pyspark beneficial but not needed) for data analysis and processing.

Good analytical skills: adept at extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets and translating them into actionable recommendations.

Basic understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality practices.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and control-oriented environments.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a global, multicultural team.

Fluency with AI tools to automate repetitive tasks (first-draft code, boilerplate documentation, exploratory queries).

You are proactive and have a deep curiosity for how things work and an analytical mindset that helps you solve problems.

You are comfortable working in ambiguity and eager to shape your own path.

Plus:

Familiarity with analytical and statistical techniques (e.g., distributions, correlations, hypothesis testing, regression analysis) and with validation frameworks.
