NCR VOYIX Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer (I) to join our innovative team. This entry-level position will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge software solutions within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Job Responsibilities
• •Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• •Use AI to Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• •Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
• •Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.
• •Develop and execute unit tests and participate in integration and system testing.
• •Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to project needs.
• •Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• •Maintain and improve existing software applications.
• •Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

• Job Qualifications
• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• •Solid understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• •Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, C# ).
• •Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., version control systems like Git, Agile development).
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• •Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
• •Cloud experience a plus (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• •Prior internship or project experience in software development is a plus.
• •0-2 years of experience in the role or a related field.
