At RF-SoC Solutions, Nijmegen, join a team of technical experts, architects, and innovation leaders developing advanced RF and Mixed-Signal SoC solutions. Our multidisciplinary team spans architecture, design, verification, thermal engineering, and project management, serving the Audio and Radar domains with end-to-end product ownership. As a New College Graduate, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, and contribute to products that moves the needle in automotive and industrial markets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of digital hardware designs for integrated circuits and semiconductor products.
  • Assist with RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, and basic timing analysis under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Help identify, debug, and resolve design issues throughout the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with verification, architecture, and physical design teams to understand requirements and support project execution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and reports summarizing design activities and results.
  • Contribute to design quality, continuous learning, and the improvement of engineering methodologies and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Academic or project-based experience in digital design, computer architecture, logic design, FPGA development, or related areas.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware description languages such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
  • Exposure to simulation, synthesis, FPGA, or other digital design tools through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Enthusiasm for digital IC design, semiconductor technologies, and continuous professional development.
