  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für die Mitarbeiter
  • Analyse und Behebung auftretender Störungen
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Leistung der IT-Systeme
  • Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister
  • Mitgestaltung und Optimierung der Support-Prozesse
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Umschulung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
