  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter in allen operativen HR-Fragestellungen und zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
  • Mitwirkung im administrativen Bereich des Bewerbermanagements
  • Erstellung von Verträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Erarbeitung und Auswertung von Berichten und Statistiken
  • Pflege von Personal- und Zeitwirtschaftsdaten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im personalrelevanten Umfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Die Motivation, im HR-Bereich Karriere zu machen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
