  • Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess für Fach- und Führungskräfte im Bereich Engineering und IT
  • Führen von Telefoninterviews und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements und Pflege des Talentpools
  • Active Sourcing inklusive Herstellung des Erstkontaktes und Aufbau eines Kandidatennetzwerks
  • Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Kandidatenprofile
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messen und Karrieretagen
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, Personalfachkaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Personaldienstleistung und in der Personalarbeit von Vorteil
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
