About the Role:

• •Conduct site visits to assess physical condition, location, and surroundings of properties.
• •Collect and document property details including measurements, photographs, and relevant legal documents.
• •Assist in preparing valuation reports under guidance of senior executives or valuers.
• •Liaise with property owners, brokers, and local authorities to gather market data.
• •Maintain accurate records of site inspections and valuation inputs.
• •Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• •Support the team in market research and data analysis for valuation benchmarks.
• •Coordinate logistics for site visits and ensure timely execution of fieldwork

About You:

• •Bachelor diloma/degree gree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
• •0–2 years of experience in property valuation, real estate, or site inspection roles.
• •Basic understanding of valuation methodologies and property markets.
• •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• •Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections.
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
