Junior Social Media & Community Specialist

You’ll be the voice of FTMO where traders actually talk to us: comments, replies and conversations on social. Half your time goes to community management, and the other half to helping create and publish social content with a small, friendly team. If you like talking with people, noticing what a community cares about, and turning that into better content, this is a great place to grow.

What will be your agenda?

Community management (about 50%): Reply to trader comments and questions across our social channels, keeping the FTMO tone of voice. Monitor sentiment and spot recurring questions, complaints and ideas. Escalate sensitive topics (account decisions, rules, complaints) to the right team instead of improvising.

Content support (about 40%): Help prepare, adapt and schedule posts and short scripts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Facebook, working from the content plan set by the Social lead. Help with Reddit and Discord presence as it develops.

Reporting and trends (about 10%): Track engagement and sentiment, flag viral moments and market-related trends, and share what you learn with the team.

Collaboration: Daily work with the Social lead, Content, Creative and Support/Ops. Tools include Asana, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Figma, Gemini, YouTube Studio and our social management tools. Channels include Facebook, X, Instagram and more.

What do we expect from you?

1–2 years of experience in social media or community management (internships and junior roles count).

Fluent English .

Excellent written communication , with good judgement and a calm tone when conversations get heated.

Interest in trading and financial markets (you’ll learn the product on the job).

Organised, proactive, and comfortable asking before you reply on sensitive topics.
