About the Job: We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Reporting Manager - Manager - Human Resource

Department - Human Resource

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Source and conduct basic screening of candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Maintain ATS (Keka Hire) and track hiring progress

Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives

Assist in building talent pipelines and recruitment reports

Qualification:

Recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.

Graduates with 0–1 year experience are welcome.

Competency :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good networking and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and MS Office (especially Excel).

Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
