• What You’ll Be Doing:
• - Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team
• - Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
• - Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
• - Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale
• - Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
• - Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
• - Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

• What We're Looking For:
• - 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
• - Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• - Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

• - Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• - Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
• - Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
