## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Angebots- und Projektkalkulationen auf Grundlage von Ausschreibungen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Kundenanfragen.
  • Ermittlung von Material-, Personal-, Geräte- und Nachunternehmerkosten.
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern.
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Vergabeunterlagen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Projektleitung und Bauleitung.
  • Nachkalkulation abgeschlossener Projekte sowie Analyse von Kostenabweichungen.
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsgrundlagen und Stammdaten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Kalkulations- und Angebotsprozessen.
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und marktgerechten Preisgestaltung.

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister oder einem Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation, vorzugsweise im Bau-, Industrie- oder Projektgeschäft.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulations- und ERP-Software sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken.
  • Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Kosten- und Qualitätsorientierung.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative.
