  • Preisermittlung und -pflege von Bauleistungen und Materialien
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Kalkulationsunterlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Bauleitung und anderen Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Kalkulationsprozessen
  • Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH oder Lehre im Bauwesen)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder einer ähnlichen Position
  • Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware und Ausschreibungsplattformen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Das Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt - abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung - zwischen € 3.593,00 und € 5.368,00 brutto. Eine Überzahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist selbstverständlich möglich.
