Wir betreuen Mandanten aus Deutschland und den Niederlanden, von Privatpersonen über mittelständische Unternehmen bis hin zu kleineren Konzernen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Laufende Buchführung: Prüfung, Kontierung und lückenlose Verbuchung von Belegen wie Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Kontoauszügen oder Kassenbons.
  • Zahlungsverkehr: Planung und Durchführung von In- und Auslandswertströmen sowie Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen.
  • Mahn- und Inkassowesen: Kontrolle offener Posten und Einleitung von Mahnverfahren bei ausbleibenden Zahlungen.
  • Kontenpflege: Abstimmen und Klären von Lieferanten-, Kunden- und Sachkonten (Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung).

Eine Vollzeitstelle entspricht bei uns eine 38 Stunden Woche. Freitags ab 14 Uhr wird das Wochenende eingeläutet. Auf Wunsch besteht nach der Einarbeitungsphase die Möglichkeit zeitweise im HomeOffice zu arbeiten. Wir bieten digital modern ausgestattete Arbeitsplätze, auf Wunsch im Einzelbüro.
