Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Bereich Einkauf (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38 Stunden/Woche) in Trier.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrungen im Einkauf
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken und gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres und freundliches Auftreten

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung und Koordination von Bestellungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Prüfung von Wareneingängen und Lieferscheinen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Liefe- und Artikelstammdaten
  • Pflege von Einkaufspreisen, Staffelpreisen und Rabatten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
