## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im Bereich Abfertigung
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Transportdokumenten
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Warenein- und Ausgängen
  • Abstimmung mit Speditionen, Fahrern, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Auftrags-, Versand- und Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Rückfragen und Reklamationen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Abfertigung
  • Allgemeine administrative und kaufmännische Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung oder Logistik von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Organisierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
