JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
- The intern will be responsible for:
- 1. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, providing key business insights.
- 2. Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful submission of asset-level budgets, including variance analysis between actuals and budgets.
- 3. Conducting market research and readiness analysis for new target markets to develop the target DC operating model.
- Learning Outcomes:
- 1. Exposure to digital infrastructure - DC industry
- 2. Gain a strong understanding of business operation
- 3. Hands-on experience to internal stake-holders reporting and budgeting for live DCs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a can-do attitude.
- 2. Relevant prior experience in financial analysis and fundamental research, will be highly desirable
- 2. Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and power BI preferred.
