JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
• The intern will be responsible in the following:
• 1)Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, conduct financial and valuation modelling to support decision making
• 2)Assisting to prepare reporting materials and internal presentations, maintaining internal databases and collating data for ESG related requirements
• 3)Participate in the implementation of asset management initiatives and asset performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Job Requirements:
• 1) We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment;
• 2) 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master students can also apply;
• 3) Keen interest in the real estate investment field and willing to learn;
• 4) Team player;
• 5) Strong excel modelling and analysis skill;
• 6) Good communication skills (both verbal and written); and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
