Zakres Obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie, motywacja i rozwój podległego mu zespołu Konserwatorów
  • Utrzymywanie relacji z Klientami
  • Realizacja wyznaczonych celów biznesowych oraz wdrażanie procesów i procedur firmy
  • Eliminowanie zagrożeń i zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa pracy Konserwatorom oraz użytkownikom obiektów
  • Planowanie napraw serwisowych i prac konserwacyjnych
  • Współpraca z handlowcami przy przygotowywaniu ofert i określeniu warunków technicznych kontraktów

Od Kandydatów Oczekujemy

  • Doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Znajomości zasad bezpieczeństwa
  • Dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (weryfikowana w trakcie rozmowy rekrutacyjnej)
  • Znajomości MS Office
  • Umiejętności podejmowania decyzji, także pod presją
  • Proaktywnej komunikacji i umiejętności współdziałania
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (techniczne bądź handlowe) będzie atutem
