  • Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung von Kindern im Alter von 0 bis 6 Jahren
  • Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion pädagogischer Angebote
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsfortschritten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Kolleg:innen und externen Fachstellen
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Qualitätsentwicklung in der Einrichtung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Kindheitspädagoge (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern sowie Freude am pädagogischen Alltag
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
  • Kenntnisse aktueller pädagogischer Konzepte sowie deren Umsetzung im Alltag
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag nach GVP-Tarifvertrag mit 28,04 € Stundenlohn
  • Deutschlandticket-Übernahme oder 0,30 € steuerfreie Kilometerpauschale pro Fahrt zur Arbeit
  • Dienstwagen auf Wunsch inkl. Tankkarte (400 € monatliches Limit) möglich
