Aufgaben:

Vorbereitung von Lebensmitteln (z. B. Waschen, Schälen, Schneiden von Gemüse und Obst)

Mithilfe bei der Zubereitung von Speisen nach Anweisung des Chefkochs/der Chefköchin

Anrichten und Portionieren von Speisen

Vorbereitung von Zutaten für den täglichen Küchenbetrieb

Reinigung von Arbeitsflächen, Geräten und Küchenutensilien

Lagerung von Lebensmitteln unter Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Kühlvorschriften

Mithilfe bei der Organisation der Küche und bei allgemeinen Küchenarbeiten

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

Praxis in der Gastronomie / in der Küche / als Koch/Köchin erforderlich

Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse zur Verständigung im Team

Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

Vertrautheit mit Abläufen in der Küche

Arbeitszeiten:

  • 5 Tage-Woche von Mittwoch bis Sonntag, im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten zw. 10:00 und 22:00 Uhr nach Absprache
  • (Montag und Dienstag Ruhetag) ; zwischen 20 und 35 Wochenstunden, nach Vereinbarung

Entlohnung:

Das kollektivvertragliche Brutto-Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis für diese Stelle beträgt € 2.026,-- btto. pro Monat. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung vorhanden.
