Arbeitsort: Hotel Hollweger, St Gilgen

Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden, 5 Tagen, 07:00 - 12:00, 18:00 - 21:00

Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung und Anrichten von Frühstücksgerichten wie Eierspeisen, Gebäck, Aufschnittplatten etc
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Frühstücksservice
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • Kontrolle und Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
  • Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal
  • Mitarbeit bei Mise en place, à la carte, Buffet

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung als Koch/Köchin
  • Erfahrung in der Frühstücksküche von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse
