Tätigkeit:

  • Vorbereitung von Zutaten für die vietnamesich-asiatische Küche
  • waschen, schneiden und portionieren von Gemüse, Fleisch, Reisnudeln und frischen Kräutern
  • Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung von Suppen, Reis- und Nudelgerichten
  • Vorbereitung von Saucen, Marinaden und Mise-en-Place für den Mittags- und Abendservice
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Vorschriften
  • Reinigung und Ordnung im Küchenbereich

Wir erwarten:

  • praktische Grundkenntnisse oder Erfahrung in der asiatischen bzw. vietnamesischen Küchenvorbereitung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit frischen Kräutern, Reisnudeln, Suppen, Saucen und Marinaden
  • hygienisches Arbeiten nach HACCP-Grundsätzen
  • Belastbarkeit während Stoßzeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

Wir bieten:

ein Teilzeitdienstverhältnis im Ausmaß von 30 Wochenstunden innerhalb der Arbeitszeiten: 11:00-15:00 Uhr und 18:00-22:00 Uhr.

  • eine Entlohnung in Höhe von € 1.519,50 brutto/Monat
