Die EKM Gastronomie- und Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH ist die Servicegesellschaft der Evangelisches Krankenhaus Mettmann GmbH. Täglich werden in unserer Großküche ca. 500 Essen für das Krankenhaus gefertigt.

Für unsere Großküche suchen wir einen engagierten

Koch (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit.

## Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung von warmen und kalten Speisen
  • Einsatz auf den verschiedensten Posten in unserer Großküche
  • Nach Einweisung, Bedienung unserer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Einhaltung, Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsstandards sowie der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d)
