  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachfrau/mann (m/w/d) oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du punktest mit pflegerischem Fachwissen,Empathie und Deiner eigenständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Du hegst den Wunsch nach Stabilität, Wertschätzung und einer Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe in einem großen Team

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Du kümmerst dich um eine fachgerechte Planung und Dokumentation
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg/Innen, Ärzt:Innen und Therapeut:Innen zusammen
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Hygienestandards sicher
  • Du assistierst bei der medizinischem Diagnostik und Visite
