Das Café Schien ist eines der ältesten und traditionellsten Cafés im Rhein Main Gebiet.

Torten und Gebäcke, die wie früher gemacht werden- von der Schwarzwälder Kirsch Torte bis zum Nusstörtchen. Oder auch unsere Hauseigene Original Hanauer Brüder Grimm Torte, die mit den feinsten Rohstoffen die, die Konditorei hergibt, hergestellt wird.

Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Eintrittstermin einen Konditor/in (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellen von Kuchen, Torten und Sahnedesserts, sowie Dauerbackwaren
  • Individuelle Gestaltung und Dekoarbeiten nach Kundenwünschen
  • Herstellen verschiedener Cremes, Anschlagen von Massen und ausrollen von Hefe/ und Mürbeteigen.

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Konditor/in oder auch Bäcker/in
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit
  • Geschick und Sorgfalt beim Füllen und ausgarnieren der feinen Konditoreierzeugnisse
  • die Liebe zum Detail- die mit eigener Kreativität und Phantasie ein ausgesprochenes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeigt
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP, sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
