Küchenhilfe / Küchenkraft (m/w/d) für die Region Rüdersdorf im Krankenhaus gesucht. Vielleicht fühlen Sie sich ja angesprochen, dann können Sie sich gerne bei uns melden.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen
  • Spülen, Auf- und Abräumen, Reinigung von Arbeitsflächen, Geräten und Kücheneinrichtungen
  • Mitarbeit Portionierung und Anrichtung der Speisen
  • Kontrolle von Lagern, Haltbarkeit und Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
  • Einhaltung von HACCP-Standards und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Müllentsorgung und Reinigung nach Reinigungplan

Anforderungen:

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Groß- oder Gemeinschaftsküche
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Früh-/Spät- oder Wochenenddiensten je nach Einsatz
  • Grundkenntnisse in Hygienestandards von Vorteil
