Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen und serviceorientierten Kundendiensttechniker SHK (m/w/d) . Es handelt sich um ein familiäres Unternehmen im Bereich Heizung und Sanitär.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Heizungsanlagen (Gas, Öl, Pellets, Brennstoffzellen, Solar, Wärmepumpen)
  • Übernahme von Kleinreparaturen im Kundendienst (Heizung und Sanitär)
  • Behebung von Störungen (Heizung und Sanitär)
  • Inbetriebnahme von Heizungssystemen und Einweisung von Kunden in die Funktion und Bedienung von Anlagen
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Täglicher Austausch mit dem technischen Innendienst zu aktuellen Aufträgen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene handwerklich/technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Anlagenmechaniker/in
  • Berufserfahrung als Kundendiensttechniker SHK
  • sorgfältige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit und im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Selbstständigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
