KUNDENSERVICE-MITARBEITER (M/W/D)

  • Keine Kaltaquise
  • Arbeitszeiten Mo.-Fr. von 09:00 und 19:00 Uhr, einmal im Monat Samstagsarbeit
  • Stundenlohn 16,00 EUR/Std.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Bestandskundenbetreuung eines renommierten Energie- und Telekommunikationsanbieters
  • Kundenberatung im Outbound zu Tarifen und Zusatzprodukten
  • Tarifberatung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung wünschenswert
  • Berufseinsteiger und Quereinsteiger herzlich willkommen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine gute Auffassungsgabe

Diese langfristige Stelle wird zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung besetzt. Unser Auftraggeber plant die Übernahme im direkten Anschluss daran.
