Zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsinnendienstes suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere Angebotsabteilung im Kundenservice in Voerde.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische Ausarbeitung für Reparatur- und Sanierungsangebote für unsere Serviceverträge
  • Umfassende Beratung unserer Servicevertragskunden
  • Abrechnung der Aufträge
  • Materialbestellung und -disposition zu bestehenden Aufträgen

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit gutem kaufmännischem Verständnis oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung idealerweise in vergleichbarer Aufgabe und technischem Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (optimal Navision) sowie MS-Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und am Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Servicebewusstsein
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
